For the Custard Base:
- 1 cup thick curd (yogurt), chilled
- 2 tbsp custard powder (vanilla or mango flavor)
- 1-2 tbsp honey or jaggery syrup (adjust to taste)
- ┬╜ tsp cardamom powder
For the Crunchy Makhana:
- 1 cup roasted makhana (lotus seeds), crushed lightly
Fruits of Your Choice (chopped):
- Apple
- Banana
- Mango
- Pomegranate
- Grapes
Optional Garnish:
- Chopped dry fruits (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
- Mint leaves
ЁЯеД Instructions:
- Prepare the Custard Mix
In a bowl, whisk curd until smooth. Add custard powder, honey, and cardamom powder. Mix well until no lumps remain. - Add Crunch with Makhana
Mix in the crushed roasted makhana. Let it soak for 5тАУ10 minutes to absorb flavors and soften slightly. - Add Fresh Fruits
Gently fold in all the chopped fruits of your choice. - Garnish & Serve
Top with dry fruits and mint. Serve chilled immediately or refrigerate for 15тАУ30 minutes before serving.
