Looking for a healthy, delicious, and no-fire dessert? Try this Makhana Fruit CustardтАФperfect for summer and fasting days!


ЁЯМ┐ Ingredients:

For the Custard Base:

  • 1 cup thick curd (yogurt), chilled
  • 2 tbsp custard powder (vanilla or mango flavor)
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or jaggery syrup (adjust to taste)
  • ┬╜ tsp cardamom powder

For the Crunchy Makhana:

  • 1 cup roasted makhana (lotus seeds), crushed lightly

Fruits of Your Choice (chopped):

  • Apple
  • Banana
  • Mango
  • Pomegranate
  • Grapes

Optional Garnish:

  • Chopped dry fruits (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
  • Mint leaves

ЁЯеД Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Custard Mix
    In a bowl, whisk curd until smooth. Add custard powder, honey, and cardamom powder. Mix well until no lumps remain.
  2. Add Crunch with Makhana
    Mix in the crushed roasted makhana. Let it soak for 5тАУ10 minutes to absorb flavors and soften slightly.
  3. Add Fresh Fruits
    Gently fold in all the chopped fruits of your choice.
  4. Garnish & Serve
    Top with dry fruits and mint. Serve chilled immediately or refrigerate for 15тАУ30 minutes before serving.
