1. Jalidaar Chilla (Net Chilla)
Ingredients (Samagri):
- 1 cup besan (gram flour)
- 1/4 cup chawal ka atta (rice flour)
- 1/4 tsp haldi (turmeric)
- 1/2 tsp lal mirch powder (red chilli powder)
- Namak swad anusar (salt to taste)
- 1 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
- 1 tbsp hara dhaniya (fresh coriander) – chopped
- 1 finely chopped hari mirch (green chilli)
- Pani (as required to make thin batter)
- Tel (for cooking)
2. Chilka Recipe (Chilka Roti – Jharkhand Style)
Ingredients (Samagri):
- 1 cup chawal (rice) – soaked for 4-5 hrs
- 1/2 cup chana dal (bengal gram lentils) – soaked
- 1/2 inch adrak (ginger)
- 1-2 hari mirch (green chilli)
- Namak swad anusar (salt to taste)
- Pani (for grinding)
- Tel ya ghee (for roasting)
3. Neer Dosa (Soft White Rice Crepes – South Indian Style)
Ingredients (Samagri):
- 1 cup raw rice (soaked 4-5 hrs)
- 1/4 cup grated fresh coconut (optional for softness)
- Namak swad anusar (salt to taste)
- Pani (enough to make a very thin batter)
- Oil (for greasing the tawa)
