📝 Ingredients:

To Boil Kale Chane:

  • 1 cup kale chane (black chickpeas) – soaked overnight
  • 3 cups water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder

For the Curry (Masala):

  • 2 tsp oil or ghee
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 pinch asafoetida (hing)
  • 1 small onion – finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste (optional)
  • 1 green chili – chopped or slit
  • 1 medium tomato – finely chopped or pureed
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • Salt – to taste
  • ½ tsp garam masala (optional)

for garnishing :-

add chopped coriender leaves .
